Job Description
Head of Performance Marketing role responsible for owning paid acquisition execution and performance for one of our core brands. The role involves managing a multi-million USD annual paid media budget, leading a small performance marketing team, and staying hands-on in accounts to ensure profitability-first growth.
Requirements
- Highly analytical and commercially minded
- 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience (Search + Shopping)
- 1+ year of hands-on Meta Ads experience
- Proven experience managing or mentoring junior performance marketers
- Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs (ROAS, CAC, contribution margin)
- Experience scaling paid media in US, UK, or EU markets
- Strong numerical skills and confidence using Google Sheets
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
- Strong command of English, written and spoken
