Product Manager – API

Role Overview

The Product Manager for API owns the strategy and delivery for one of ENSEK's most critical platform capabilities: the API-as-a-product framework. In this role, you are accountable for defining a consistent, scalable approach to how APIs are built, governed, and consumed — internally and externally.

What You Will Do

Own the strategy, vision and roadmap for both the API-as-a-product programme, define and drive a consistent framework for API definition and management, make evidence-based prioritisation decisions, and define and track key product outcomes.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience owning and delivering a platform or infrastructure product end-to-end, ideally including API management or developer tooling
• Ability to make autonomous, data-informed product decisions and communicate them clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships, including senior commercial partners
• Ability to create and maintain a product roadmap tied to strategy and outcomes
• Experience working in energy, utility tech, SaaS, or platform-based product environments is advantageous
• Familiarity with API management tooling, experimentation platforms, and AI productivity tools is advantageous
