The Pearl Bartender embodies the elegance and expertise of Pearl, our champagne bar. This role will curate unforgettable experiences, guiding guests through our curated selection of champagne, rare spirits, and signature cocktails with polished grace.

Requirements

• Prepare and serve champagne, classic cocktails, and signature drinks with exacting standards
• Maintain an expert-level understanding of champagne, spirits, and mixology
• Provide anticipatory, discreet, and personalized service
• Manage inventory of premium liquors and champagnes
• Read the room effortlessly and balance polished professionalism with warm, approachable charm
• Work seamlessly with the La Bahia's culinary team to elevate the overall guest experience
• Contribute creative input to cocktail development
• Remember and acknowledge returning guests with tailored recognition
• Ensure bar area is clean, well-stocked, and adheres to health/safety standards
• Manage inventory, uphold pristine cleanliness, and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain impeccable grooming standards and wear the assigned uniform exactly as specified
