Management Trainee

Role Overview

Start your career with Enterprise Mobility as a Management Trainee. You'll learn our business from day one, master knowledge and skills, and eventually run your own branch. You'll be based out of one of our neighborhood branches, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.

What You Will Do

As a MT, you'll learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. You'll receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful, and get out into the community to establish relationships essential to building your own business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 6 months cumulative experience in sales, customer service, or leadership
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations on driving record in the last 3 years
• At least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
