
Job description
As a Management Trainee, you will learn the business from the ground up and gain responsibility as you grow in the company. You will develop and maintain commercial relationships, manage rental and reservation contracts, and lead a team. You will work to achieve established objectives and KPIs, and learn the functioning of the mobility services market.
Your day-to-day will involve making decisions that affect your career and team, carrying out cost control, and communicating effectively with customers, suppliers, and colleagues. You will learn sales techniques, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
We are looking for someone with experience in customer service and commercial orientation, a university degree or higher, and flexibility to work weekends and/or rotating shifts. You will have opportunities for rapid salary growth, a customized career plan, and mentorship program.
