What You Will Do

As a Management Trainee, you'll learn the business from day one, serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and master the knowledge and skills needed to run your own branch. You'll receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and get out into the community to establish relationships essential to building your own business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1 year experience in sales & customer service, leadership, or a related field
• Valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle
• Living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Available to work an average of 46 hours per week
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
