Job Description
Brunswick Brokers is seeking an independent contractor to be a Commercial Real Estate Advisor in Moncton, New Brunswick. The role involves conducting market analysis, advising clients on commercial real estate transactions, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates will work with tenants, landlords, vendors, and purchasers to facilitate successful real estate transactions.
Requirements
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate or other facet of real estate preferred
- Strong Sales skills and customer service orientation
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Client focused approach
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
- Excel in a fast-paced performance driven environment
- University degree preferred
- Real Estate license for New Brunswick (or willing to obtain)
