The PeopleSoft Performance Management Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables, particularly in PS Performance Management module, incl. implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing PS applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years experience in PeopleSoft Performance Management module
- At least 1 year experience in PeopleSoft 9.1 implementations
- At least 1 year experience in Global projects with multiple languages
- At least 1 year experience in PS modules, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Succession Planning, Position Management
