Requirements
- Completed tertiary education in care (Diploma Nurse HF/FH)
- Initial relevant work experience in care / Spitex (ambulatory care)
- Knowledge of Spitex software application
- Experience in building processes in a care organization
- Valid driving license for a car (category B)
- Good communication skills and structured way of working
