Job Description
Serra Center is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee a caseload of clients within their Supported Living Services program. The supervisor will oversee a team of Coordinators and Instructors, develop Individual Support Plans (ISPs), manage fiscal resources, and ensure client safety and well-being. They are committed to providing compassionate care and promoting independence for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in social services or related field
- At least two years of supervisory experience
- Demonstrated skill in case management, assessment, and analysis
- Strong working knowledge of Title 17 regulations
- Excellent written, verbal, and math skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to lead teams and meet deadlines
- High level of initiative and collaboration
