Job Description
Envolve Client Services Group is recruiting a Make Ready Technician to work at Timber Ridge Cottages. The ideal candidate is a friendly, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
Requirements
- Removal of trash and all items left by the previous resident
- Repair and preparation of walls, doors, wood trim, closets, and cabinets for painting
- Repair of glass items such as windows, medicine cabinets, light globes, mirrors, etc.
- Repair of minor problems and reporting of major problems to management
- Installation of weather stripping around doors and windows
- Repair of bathroom floor and wall tile
- Re-keying of master locks and making keys available for leasing
- Repair of leaking faucets, water pressure lines, and drain line leaks
