Job Description
The Bellperson is responsible for welcoming and bidding farewell to hotel guests, escorting them to and from their accommodations, and making them feel comfortable.
Requirements
- Greet all guests in the lobby in a warm and professional manner
- Recognize all returning and VIP guests, and welcome them back
- Escort all guests checking in to their accommodations
- Store and retrieve luggage and other objects for guests
- Deliver in room dining meals to guests as ordered
