
Job description
The Senior Client Manager works with the Producer or Client Executive to implement a client's employee benefits strategy and to service the account. Responsibilities include preparing communication materials, conducting open enrollment meetings, collecting and preparing compliance materials, and servicing the day-to-day needs of the client.
Service clients, prepare communication materials, conduct open enrollment meetings, complete cobra paperwork, distribute resource information, liaison with compliance department, compile and maintain client and benefit plan information, issue resolution for simple claims, resolve enrollment and eligibility issues, research and resolve client billing issues.
Must have full knowledge of Employee Benefits lines of coverage and services, strong attention to detail and time management abilities, strong ability to multi-task and assign priorities, ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment, strong interpersonal communication skills, demonstrated experience with agency management systems and HR portals.
