Role Overview

We’re looking for a Human Resources Director to lead our HR operations at our skilled nursing facility in Pennsylvania. The HR Director will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.

What You Will Do

Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. Manage payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations. Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership.

Why It Might Be a Fit
