We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead HR operations at our skilled nursing facility. The role involves overseeing all HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing payroll and benefits administration.
The Human Resources Director will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and workers' compensation claims. They will also develop and implement HR policies to support staff retention and workplace culture.
The ideal candidate will have experience as an HR Director or Manager in a healthcare or long-term care setting, with strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices. They will be able to build strong relationships with staff at all levels and have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
