High Voltage Electrical Technician

We are looking for a High Voltage Electrical Technician to join our team at Epiroc in Garland, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing all electrical duties assigned to the station and making necessary adjustments on components when required. The position requires a journeyman electrician license, two years of experience as an electrician in a similar position, and training in reading electrical schematics.

Requirements

• Lay out electrical conduit runs, pull wire, and make electrical connections in a professional manner using electrical schematics
• Troubleshoot any electrical problems
• Replace faulty components
• Perform rework as required
• High voltage terminations for up to 7200 volts
• Detect and report defective materials, faulty operation, and unusual conditions to immediate Supervisor
