Your Challenges: lead and manage international and cross-functional IT projects, build project teams, coordinate IT work packages, communicate with stakeholders, initiate and plan IT projects, coach project team members, develop integrated project plans, conduct risk analyses, work with external consultants, create project reports and presentations.
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration, economics, computer science, or a related field
- Extensive experience in leading complex international IT projects, ideally in the area of system migration, ERP systems, and S/4HANA
- Experience in collaboration with international and cross-functional teams, particularly in projects in a regulated environment (e.g. according to ISO 13485)
- Project management certification, e.g. PMP, Prince2, or Scrum
- Strong analytical ability and high level of problem-solving competence
- High level of assertiveness and conflict resolution competence
- Ability to prioritize under pressure and work efficiently
