Job description
Reporting to the Regional Management Control Manager, you will be responsible for missions related to management control and performance monitoring. You will be an indispensable support to the management team, including the division's financial director, and will be a partner to operational teams, accompanying them in the search for performance and rigorous monitoring of affairs.
Following budgets and accounts of headquarters and shared support teams, and performing operational control of one or more agencies in the region. Establishing and monitoring budgets for general expenses and shared teams; monitoring activities (budgets, monthly decisions, support for directors of business lines); participating in the annual accounts of the entity and central writings; consolidated reporting of the entity, documents prepared for exchanges with CAC; allocation of transverse products or charges within the entity; production of information for various management instances of the entity (CSE, Strategy, responses to sectoral and professional inquiries).
You have a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in Finance/Management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in management control. You demonstrate a high level of autonomy, rigor, and are a force for proposal to improve systems. You are recognized for your relational qualities (internal/external) which will be useful in your exchanges with teams on the ground and agency directors.
