Billing Supervisor

Equip is a virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program that is seeking a Billing Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable team. The role requires a strong understanding of the full Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process and experience in leading, training, and supporting team members in a healthcare billing environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of billing experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Proven experience in leading, training, and supporting team members in a healthcare billing environment
• Proficient knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle, charge entry processes and billing requirements
• Strong understanding of payer guidelines, and insurance claims workflows, including denials and resubmissions
