DevOps Specialist (Azure Cloud)

Role Overview

The DevOps Specialist (Cloud Azure) reports to the Director, Product Development and works closely with other DevOps Specialists. The candidate helps design quality infrastructure in Azure, facilitates the development and deployment process, implements the right technologies for our products, and improves the lives of fellow developers.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with development teams to optimize workflows and remove blockers, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and infrastructure upgrades, diagnose and resolve production issues in coordination with development teams, and more.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience in cloud-native environments, strong experience with Kubernetes cluster management and operations, and proficiency with infrastructure as code using Terraform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology or College Diploma
• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience in cloud-native environments
• Strong experience with Kubernetes cluster management and operations
• Proficiency with infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows (Azure DevOps, Argo CD)
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, architecture, and multi-tenant SaaS environments
• Experience with database administration and performance optimization (PostgreSQL, MSSQL)
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Git, Docker, and scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
• Solid understanding of security implementations (Azure KeyVault, RBAC, compliance frameworks)
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus) in Kubernetes environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex distributed systems
• Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Strong sense of organization and prioritizing

• Ability to communicate, write and synthesize information.
