Job Description
We are seeking a talented Human Resource/ Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist/Admin. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing core HR processes, talent acquisition, employee onboarding, compensation & benefits administration, and daily office operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience as an HR Generalist/Admin
- Understanding of General human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment labour laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office tools
- HRIS system
