Requirements
- Experience in a Business Analyst, Presales, or Consulting role
- Ability to connect business needs with commercial value
- Good knowledge of ICT Solutions & Services
- Experience in CRM, AI, Omnichannel, or Digital Platforms
- Understanding of customer business & technical requirements
- Knowledge of Business & IT Management Solutions (CRM, BI, ECM, IT Governance, ADM, ITSM)
