Job Description
Provide optimal customer service and hospitality to Erin Hills Guests. Attempt to anticipate and fulfill guest needs in a variety of responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Greeter/ Houseman/ Valet/ Practice Facility/ Bag Drop/ Locker Room
- Greeting all overnight guests - assisting with luggage and valet service.
- Greeting all golfing guests - assisting with golf bags, caddies, directions & parking.
- Managing the Practice facility and the Drumlin putting course.
- Moving & tracking luggage for overnight guests – arriving and departing.
- Stocking and maintenance of the locker rooms on property.
- Preparing guests luggage, golf clubs, and vehicles for departure.
