Job Description
ERM is seeking a Digital Marketing Channel Manager to lead a team of digital marketing specialists focused on channel specific optimisation. The role will be responsible for ensuring best-in-class execution of digital marketing channels, collaborating with international teams, and leveraging emerging technologies to drive brand awareness and commercial performance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing
- At least 3 years in a managerial/team lead role
- Proven experience managing multi-functional marketing teams
- Strong working knowledge of digital marketing tools: Pardot/MCAE, Salesforce, GA4, Google Ads, Looker Studio/Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on project management experience with tools like Trello, or similar platforms
