Job Description
ERM is seeking an HR Data & Insight Analyst to join their regional HR team in EMEA. The role will provide data analysis to the Regional HR Director and regional leadership team, and will involve designing and implementing the HR data analytics roadmap, creating integrated insights, and supporting the EMEA HR Senior Leadership team.
Requirements
- Intermediate/Expert in Excel functions
- Experience in PowerBI or similar platform is beneficial
- Experience creating & running reports in Workday or other HRIS
- Experience working with multiple data sources
- Knowledge of GDPR & data management
- Experience creating & running reports in Workday or other HRIS systems is beneficial
