Executive, Commercial Leasing

ESR Group is APAC's leading real asset management group. We provide investors with various public and private real asset investments and solutions. The Commercial Leasing Executive is responsible for supporting leasing activities, assisting in securing new tenancies, renewing leases, and building strong tenant relationships.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Real Estate Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant internship or work experience.
• Possession of a valid CEA (Council for Estate Agencies) license is preferred; candidates without a license but willing to obtain one will also be considered.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Team player who can also work independently on tasks and projects.
• Positive attitude with a market-focused mindset.
