Physician Family Medicine San Rafael CA

Join our San Rafael, CA Team! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Practice Physician to join our dynamic team! The experienced Physician is responsible for providing and managing quality health care services to patients of our Clinics.

Requirements

• Valid and unrestricted license issued by the Medical Board of California to practice medicine.
• Board certified or Board eligible in specified area of medical specialty.
• Medical Doctor with three 3-5 years of directly related experience which may include residency in a directly related medical.
• BLS Certifications is required.
• Current registration issued by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) allowing the prescription of drugs.
• Prior experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center/community health environment (FQHC) desired.
• Experience in primary care with a patient panel.
• Epic Electronic Health Records (EHR) experience highly desired.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desired.
