Registered Dietitian - Diabetes Educator

Design and deliver diabetes management education and services for people within a defined population. Facilitates the attainment and maintenance of optimal level of health for individuals with diabetes by collaborating with other health care members to develop the diabetes plan of care.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years clinical or education experience in applicable clinical area
• Current Registered Dietitian in the appropriate state
• Current certification as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES)
