Job Description
We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our plant in Lauriano. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and be able to define and promote projects for continuous improvement of methods and technologies.
Requirements
- Previous experience (4-5 years) in a technical role in manufacturing plants where processes are both automated and manual
- Good knowledge of technological processes, for plastic and metal materials
- Method (lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools, problem solving)
- Knowledge of production KPIs (direct work efficiency, OEE, extra consumption, finance elements)
- Project Management (time management, stakeholder management)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing and/or Mechanical Engineering preferred or other engineering discipline
