Role Overview

As Operator Gascylinders (Liquid Fill), you will contribute to a safe, quality, and efficient filling of gas cylinders. You will work in an environment where teamwork, accuracy, and safety are paramount.

What You Will Do

Process mixtures or pure products and fill flammable and corrosive gases according to fixed procedures and safety regulations. Follow the production planning and handle incoming production orders on time and correctly.

Requirements

• Process mixtures or pure products and fill flammable and corrosive gases according to fixed procedures and safety regulations
• Follow the production planning and handle incoming production orders on time and correctly
• Sort, inspect, and evaluate cylinders according to specifications and quality standards
• Perform administrative tasks such as registering cylinders and handling work orders in the system
• Monitor the proper functioning of installations; report deviations or malfunctions in a timely manner
• Perform small maintenance tasks on machines and installations (after training)
• Work according to the applicable SHEQ guidelines (Safety, Health, Environment Quality)
• Report incidents and near-misses and actively contribute to a safe working environment
• Ensure correct use of PBM's
• Apply the 5S principle (sort, arrange, clean, standardize, sustain)
• Contribute to initiatives around energy consumption, waste reduction, and process optimization
• Identify waste and propose improvements (MDI – Managing for Daily Improvement)
• Work together with other teams across departments
• Contribute to high delivery reliability and achieving team-KPI's
