Requirements
- Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for robotic systems
- Work closely with Robotics Engineers (Software) to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electrical components
- Use CAD software (SolidWorks / OnShape) to create detailed 3D models, technical drawings, and prototypes
- Conduct mechanical analysis, simulations, and testing to ensure design functionality, safety, and durability
- Develop and document design specifications, assembly instructions, and manufacturing guidelines
- Participate in prototype development, testing, and validation of mechanical designs
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure the feasibility of designs and assist in the fabrication and assembly of prototypes
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical design issues during the development, testing, and production phases
- Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, design trends, and industry best practices
- Develop full-fledged robotics system using the Eureka Controller in close collaboration with Eureka’s Product Team
- Deliver advanced computer vision systems based on Eureka’s technologies
- Communicate with end-customers at every step to ensure that the system meet customers’ expectations while keeping any additional work to a minimum
- Create system documentation, deliver training to integrators and end-users
- Install the system on site, including: delivery, calibration, performing User Acceptance Tests, etc.
- Perform maintenance on the installed system
