Job Description
As a Senior Customer Process Excellence Manager at Eurofiber, you will lead the continuous improvement of customer processes and customer experience.
Requirements
- University education in Business, Change Management, Organization, etc.
- At least 7 years of experience with chain processes, process innovation, customer experience, training/coaching, and continuous improvement.
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role (such as chain manager, Lean consultant, Improvement Manager).
- Knowledge of Business Process Management, eTOM, LEAN, or a similar framework (pre).
- Strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to empower others.
- An enterprising, solution-oriented mindset.
