Rental Sales Agent

Role Overview

We are seeking a sales motivated and customer-oriented Sales & Customer Service Officer to join our Queenstown Airport team on a full time basis. The role involves greeting customers, assisting with rental agreements, and achieving sales targets.

What You Will Do

Process rental agreements, address customer inquiries, inspect vehicles, achieve sales targets, and maintain knowledge of current promotions and products.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail
• Car rental experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers
• Computer literacy skills required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster
• Valid New Zealand driver's license with a clean driving record
• Current and ongoing New Zealand work rights
