Managing Director UK&I (Talent Pool)

Everfield is seeking a Managing Director to lead one of its portfolio companies in the European SaaS market. The MD will be responsible for driving long-term strategic growth and operational excellence, while working closely with Everfield's senior leadership.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or senior executive in a fast-growing SaaS or technology company
• Proven ability to scale operations, drive growth, and lead cross-functional teams through strategic and operational challenges
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models, including product development, customer success, and market positioning strategies
