Requirements

• Install marketing yard signs and remove them.
• Complete minor post renovation repairs.
• Perform pre-move in inspections.
• Conduct HOA violation checks.
• Perform in-person evictions/lockouts.
• Perform recurring occupancy checks.
• Schedule and complete occupied maintenance work orders.
• Review progress against KPI's weekly.
• Communicate with residents.
