Job Description
Evergreen Residential is seeking a Maintenance Field Tech to join their rapidly scaling team. The role involves post-renovation repairs, smart home troubleshooting, occupied maintenance, and EV duties in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The company is a full-service SFR platform committed to data-driven investment and transparent business practices.
Requirements
- Install marketing yard signs and remove them.
- Complete minor post renovation repairs.
- Perform pre-move in inspections.
- Conduct HOA violation checks.
- Perform in-person evictions/lockouts.
- Perform recurring occupancy checks.
- Schedule and complete occupied maintenance work orders.
- Review progress against KPI's weekly.
- Communicate with residents.
