3+ yrs exp. in related role, preferably with vendor mgmt. Proficient with MS Office. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with flexibility. Strong communication skills

2+ years maintenance experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. HVAC certification a plus

2 years of work experience in a related position, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and HVAC certifications preferred

3-5 years of residential construction/inspection experience with a HS Diploma and College Degree. Must have strong leadership and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple activities, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
