Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 5 years+ experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital advertising, SEO, and marketing automation
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot
• Experience with SEO research and competitive analysis tools such as SEMrush
• Strong knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting platforms including Google Analytics 4
• Experience optimizing landing pages and digital conversion funnels
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
