Partner Development Director

Everlaw is seeking a Partnership Development Director to spearhead the company’s strategic partner business expansion in the legal tech services industry. In this role, you will lead the strategy and drive the development of the full range of Everlaw’s channel partners, including MSPs, global advisories, ALSPs, legal solutions partners, and tiered distributors.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and legal tech
• At least 5 years of experience in creating and developing tech channel partnerships with services-focused partners
• Excellent business acumen and structured deal making skills
• Ability to lead teams to design and grow channel partner ecosystems
• Experience in analyzing business strategy, deal structures, and joint business plans
