Job Description
Sales Counselor assists families with funeral selections and attends services. Uncapped commission and earnings. Estimated first-year earnings range: $45,000 - $60,000.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of sales experience preferred
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
- Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Excel and Outlook) required
- Experience working in a CRM (lead management system preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with problem solving skills
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
