Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Counselor to join our team at Everstory Partners. As a Sales Counselor, you will assist families with funeral selections and attend services, selling pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory as well as cemetery services, property and merchandise. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of sales experience, and proficiency in MS Office.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience working in a CRM
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
