Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack

Evertune is building the first AI discovery platform for modern marketers. As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll help shape the future of how marketers interact with AI, leading product development and providing technical leadership for engineers. You'll own key areas of the product experience, lead junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Must currently be located in the NYC area and able to work in-office 3x/week
• 7+ years experience building and shipping production software as a full stack engineer, with deeper strength on the frontend side
• Proven ability to lead projects and drive execution in a fast-moving startup environment
• Experience mentoring engineers and helping raise the level of the team
• Deep expertise with modern JavaScript frameworks
• Strong experience building data-rich, intuitive interfaces and thinking creatively about how to make complex information clear and actionable
• Experience building backend services and working with Python-based systems or similar
• Comfort with cloud platforms (preferably GCP), CI/CD workflows, and performance monitoring
