
Job description
Work with business users and product owners to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Conduct stakeholder interviews, requirement workshops, and walkthroughs. Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Prepare and maintain BRDs, FSDs, User Stories & Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows/BPMN diagrams, and Use Case Documents. Maintain version control and structured documentation in Confluence. Understand system architecture, API interactions, data flows, and integration points.
Strong documentation skills, attention to consistency, and leadership capabilities are required. Experience with data analytics methodologies, D3 data visualization, and internal communications is a plus.
