Residential High Value Insurance Appraiser - Knoxville, TN

Castle High Value is seeking self-directed independent contractors to work from home or office and conduct high value home property surveys for insurance purposes. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate, insurance, inspection, construction, or appraising, and will be responsible for scheduling and conducting site-based and virtual surveys, managing work assignments, and completing reports online.

Requirements

• Professionally interact with homeowners and insurance agents
• Conduct on-site and/or virtual property surveys on high value homes
• Identify and document construction materials/characteristics and unique features of the home
• Generate an estimated replacement value of the home and identify major hazards
• Communicate information gathered during on-site inspection in web-based client requested forms
