Assistant Manager

Lead the development and implementation of business intelligence and visualization solutions, performing complex data analysis and creating detailed reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports aligned to business KPIs
• Build efficient data models using star/snowflake schema principles
• Develop advanced DAX measures and calculations for complex business logic
• Integrate Power BI with multiple data sources (SQL, cloud data warehouses, APIs, Excel)
• Optimize report performance and data refresh strategies
• Implement row-level security (RLS) and data governance best practices
• Work on data pipelines and semantic layer design
• Conduct UAT, validation, and support business sign-off
• Provide documentation and end-user training for self-service analytics
• Support production issues and continuous improvement initiatives
