Exoticca is a pioneering online travel agency seeking a Key Account Specialist (B2B) to drive sales growth for one of their largest B2B partners in Spain. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background, tourism sector expertise, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with a proven track record of hitting targets and 'hunting' for growth
- Tourism sector expertise (e.g., former Travel Agent, Assistant Buyer, or Sales Representative)
- Education: Minimum FP/FPII in Tourism (Degree in Tourism preferred)
- Interpersonal Excellence: Outstanding communication skills and the natural ability to influence and inspire teams
- Resilience & Drive: A 'can-do' spirit—you are coachable, self-motivated, and thrive in a role that requires high autonomy
