Collections Officer

We are looking for a Collections Officer to join the Credit Services team in Experian Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for collection management activities, negotiation, and maintaining high performance standards.

Requirements

• Experience in collections/accounts receivables, contact center and customer service role
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Able to converse in Mandarin is an advantage
• Persuasive, firm, tactful and customer service oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and achieve individual / team targets
