OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

A member of our Operations Team, you will support the delivery of Business Information products/services in Experian Credit Services. You will be responsible to ensure that we meet or exceed our service delivery commitments/agreements with our clients to achieve a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of administrative and operations related experiences
• Excellent problem-solving skill and able to handle enquires from both internal and external customers
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Meticulous with an eye for detail
• Ability to think analytically, operate efficiently and communicate effectively
• Strong initiative and the ability to perform both independently and as part of a team
