The Experience Senior Living Team is comprised of dynamic professionals that are fueled by their passion to empower people as they grow older to live life to the fullest. We are looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to provide leadership and operational support across our senior living communities.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience as an Executive Director in a senior living environment
• Strong understanding of senior living regulations, financial management, and operational best practices
• Experience coaching, training, and mentoring leadership teams
• Ability to travel and work in the communities as needed
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
• Passion for senior care and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
