PMO Engineer

Role Overview

Within the Project Management team, you will be the preferred interlocutor of our clients and accompany them in the realization of their projects. You will ensure operational follow-up, coordinate teams and guarantee the reliability of management tools.

What You Will Do

Support project managers in setting up and managing their projects, follow and update management tools, follow key performance indicators, and coordinate exchanges between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Higher education degree Bac+5 (engineering school or university) in project management, engineering or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in following and coordinating technical projects, ideally in the industrial sector
• Master planning and reporting tools (MS Project, PRIMAVERA, DOORS, Excel, Power BI...)
• Good understanding of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Lean, etc.)
• Rigor, sense of organization, and ability to work in a team in a matrix environment
• Good level of English and ability to evolve in an international context
