
Job description
The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager in supervising the store operations, recruiting, management, training, and sales functions, driving productivity, complying with company policies, and creating a great in-store shopping experience for our retail customers.
Assist in developing, inspiring, and retaining top talent, maintain a positive work environment, coach and train Sales Associates, and oversee all aspects of daily store operations.
Previous retail experience preferred, proven ability to drive sales results, strong communication skills, and minimum of two years relevant experience.
